TheElisa
The Elisa is a refined boutique condominium located at the intersection of New York’s Meatpacking District, West Village, and Chelsea. Designed by the Brazilian firm Isay Weinfeld, the building stands out for its elegant and cosmopolitan architecture, characterized by designer finishes and warm tropical details. The façade, composed of classic red bricks and veined stone slabs, is punctuated by lush greenery that adds a natural and welcoming touch.
For the cladding of the ventilated façades, a combination of two GammaStone polished surfaces was chosen: Natural Air Terrazzo in natural stone and Brick Air Terra Rossa in brick. This choice gives the building a monolithic and contemporary appearance, with a play of textures that enriches the overall aesthetic. The panels, with maximum dimensions of 3200 x 1500 mm and a total thickness of 17 mm, are installed using the GammaStone Air system, ensuring a secure and long-lasting application.
The Elisa offers 25 spacious and luxurious residences, including a four-bedroom penthouse. Residents can enjoy numerous amenities designed to complement and enhance modern city living, including a rooftop garden with breathtaking views of the New York skyline, full-time doormen, a fitness club with a tranquil outdoor courtyard, a bike room, a communal laundry, and private storage.
