RealeMutuaAssicurazioni
The Reale Mutua Assicurazioni project in Turin represents an example of contemporary architecture that harmoniously interacts with the surrounding historic context. Located on Corso Siccardi, the building houses the executive offices of the eponymous insurance company, featuring a design that blends elegance, functionality, and technological innovation.
The building’s façade is clad with GammaStone Gres Air Kerlite Bergen Base panels, a high-quality porcelain stoneware material known for its strength and lightness. These panels, with maximum dimensions of 3200 x 1600 mm and a total thickness of 16 mm, are installed using the GammaStone Air system, which ensures secure and long-lasting application. The ventilated system allows effective thermal and acoustic management, contributing to the comfort of the interior spaces.
The project, designed by Iotti + Pavarani Architetti, stands out for its use of essential forms and precise proportions, inspired by the 18th- and 19th-century buildings in the area. The alternation of glazed surfaces and porcelain stoneware panels adds dynamism to the façade, while the color palette integrates with the historic architecture of the neighborhood, creating a landmark within Turin’s urban landscape.
