IndianaUniversityHealthHospital
The Indiana University Health Hospital project in Indianapolis represents an example of excellence in modern hospital architecture. Located in the heart of the city, the complex will feature three 16-story hospital towers with a total capacity of 672 private patient rooms. If needed, a fourth tower to the south is planned. The facility will also include a rooftop terrace and two helipads, offering state-of-the-art services to the community.
For the façades, GammaStone Natural Air cladding in Indiana Limestone Silver Buff with a polished finish was chosen. This natural stone material integrates harmoniously with the surrounding architecture, giving the building an elegant and contemporary appearance. The panels have maximum dimensions of 3200 x 1500 mm, with a total thickness of 25.4 mm and a stone thickness of 14.4 mm. The GammaStone Air unitized ventilated façade system ensures high thermal and acoustic performance, contributing to the comfort of interior spaces.
The project was carried out by CURIS Design, a collaboration between BSA, CSO, and RATIO, which combined expertise in architectural design, healthcare planning, and project management to deliver high-quality design in the healthcare sector.
