DWLighthouse

DW Lighthouse is a next-generation office building located at 30 Basisweg in Amsterdam’s West district, transformed by Benthem Crouwel Architects. The project envisions a sustainable, multi-tenant landmark with BREEAM Very Good certification and Energy Class A+++, designed to offer breathtaking panoramic views and flexible services for startups, scale-ups, and established companies.

The exterior façade is clad with GammaStone UHPC Plus Air GRAIN panels in a custom color called Mediahouse, which envelops the building like a true architectural skin. The panels, with maximum dimensions of 4150 × 1650 mm, a total thickness of 19 mm, and an UHPC core thickness of 8 mm, provide a uniform surface perfectly integrated with the ventilated façade system.

The GammaStone ventilated façade system combines high thermal and acoustic performance with lasting aesthetics, thanks to innovative materials and a highly technological production process.
